Step 4: Now, click on the link that reads, ‘Log-in for Under-Graduate Medical / Dental / Ayurvedic & Homeopathy Admission’.
Step 5: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Purchase the PIN and proceed to register yourself.
Step 7: After registration, fill in the required information and pay the required fee.
Step 8: Click on submit.

- Scheduled Tribe certificate issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat (if applicable)
- Certificate belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) and Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, as per the prevailing policy of the Government of Gujarat issued on or after 01.04.2022. Certificate should be valid for year 2024-25 (if applicable).
- Certificate belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat (if applicable).
- Certificate of Disability issued by the authority empowered by the Government. (if applicable)
