Ravindra Jadeja rocked New Zealand in their first innings of the third Test against India on Friday, including two instances when the veteran left-arm spinner struck twice in an over.
Having taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series, New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat first at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and moved into a good position at 159 for 4 with a well-set Will Young and Daryl Mitchell on the crease having added 87 runs.

But the introduction of Ravindra Jadeja started making things difficult for the Kiwis as he extracted turn and bounce right away and pegged the visitors back with a double strike post lunch in the 45th over.
He dismissed Young (71), caught by Rohit, off the second ball of his over and then clean-bowled Tom Blundell to send him packing for a three-ball duck. From 159 for 3, it became 159 for 5.
The sharp turn continued to trouble the Kiwis, as Jadeja took the next three wickets to fall, starting with rattling the stumps behind Glenn Phillips (17).
Seven overs later, in the 61st of New Zealand innings, Jadjea trapped Ish Sodhi (7) in front and then cleaned up Matt Henry (0) for his second double-wicket over of the day. It also brought up his 14th five-wicket haul.
It put the Kiwis on the mat at 210 for 8 and the innings folded up soon after as off-spinner Washington Sundar joined the fun to first dismiss top-scorer Mitchell (82) and then Ajaz Patel (7) to finish his impressive spell of 4 for 81.
New Zealand were bowled out for 235 in 65.4 overs.
