India-bound Nissan X-Trail details revealed: Gets 1.5-litre, 3-cyl mild-hybrid petrol engine

The X-Trail was discontinued back in 2014, the first and second-generation models were sold here.Finally, after 10 years, the SUV is making a comeback. When launched, the X-Trail will compete with Jeep Meridian, Toyota Fortuner, MG Gloster, Skoda Kodiaq and VW Tiguan.
The Nissan X-Trail is based on the Renault-Nissan’s CMF-C platform jointly developed by Nissan and Renault. Moving inside, the X-Trail will feature two-tone black and tan leatherette, with silver accents all around. Features will include a free-standing 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, connected car tech, three-zone climate control, wireless phone charging, a powered tailgate, heated powered front seats with memory function, a 10-speaker premium Bose surround sound system, panoramic sunroof, fully digital instrument cluster, HUD display, ADAS, 360-degree camera and more.
