Royal Enfield is gearing up to debut the Guerrilla 450 on July 17th. There’s been a lot of anticipation around the arrival of this motorcycle in the highly competitive mid-capacity segment and some recent leaks and spy shots have fueled excitement and speculation. Here, let’s take a quick look at what we know so far.
Following the Himalayan 450, the Guerrilla 450 will be Royal Enfield’s second motorcycle in the 450cc category.Seen testing multiple times on Indian roads, the bike’s design is already turning heads. Spy shots and teaser images reveal a stylish, muscular look with a sculpted fuel tank, a floating tail section, and a single-piece seat. Key features include a single pod instrument cluster, a round LED headlight, round rear view mirrors, alloy wheels, tubeless tyres, and rubber-gaiter telescopic forks, a departure from the Himalayan 450’s USD fork unit.

At its heart, the Guerrilla 450 will house the same Sherpa 450 engine as the Himalayan. This 452cc single-cylinder engine is expected to produce 39.52 bhp and 40 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch.
Pricing is another hot topic, it is possible for the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 to fall between Rs 2.35 lakh to Rs 2.65 lakh, ex-showroom. This pricing would position it competitively within the middleweight segment, appealing to riders looking for a powerful yet affordable motorcycle.
