UP NEET UG Counselling 2024 Round 3: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Lucknow has opened the registration process for the third round of the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility Entrance Test Undergraduate (UP NEET UG) counselling 2024. The registration link is now active on the official UP NEET website at upneet.gov.in.
Candidates have until October 9 to complete their registration for round 3 of the counselling.After registering, a merit list will be released, which will allow candidates to begin choice filing. Students have until October 15 to submit their choices. The allotment results for round 3 will be available on October 18.

  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
  • Caste certificate
  • Domicile certificate
  • NEET UG admit card and application form
  • Documents specified in the round 3 registration link

Candidates who did not accept or resigned from the seat allotted in the second counselling round are eligible to participate in round 3, but they must submit the security deposit again.
The security deposit for students is Rs 30,000 for government colleges, Rs 2 lakh for private medical colleges, and Rs 1 lakh for private dental colleges.

Meanwhile, the Centre has requested a three-week extension from the Supreme Court for the submission of a report by the committee formed by the Ministry of Education, which is reviewing the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the NEET UG examination process following allegations of irregularities.
The committee, chaired by former ISRO Chairman K Radhakrishnan, was established in June with the mandate to submit its recommendations within two months. The seven-member panel is tasked with making recommendations on three key areas.
